Bay View Terrace is a community of 40 1- and 2- bedroom condominiums split between 2 two-story buildings, North and South. Each building has a resident laundry room. Each condominium has an assigned parking space with extra spaces available for visitors. In addition, the community complex, located directly on Sarasota Bay, consists of a community pool, pool house and a wonderful grass picnic area along the water.
